Are you in control?

How do you define yourself? Is your life defined by the circumstances that you find yourself in OR by what people around you say and think about you OR by how you perceive yourself? All 3 options have potential positive and negative consequences BUT one thing is for sure – YOU are the common denominator in every situation, conversation and interaction. Are you operating with this in mind?

Do you take responsibility for your experience of life and in doing that secure your self-power or do you offer your power to situations and individuals?

Do you hear yourself complaining a lot? Is your self-talk generally negative? Do you blame others for things that happen to you? Do you feel uncertain and out of control? IF, you are answering YES to these questions chances are you respond to the world around you through an external locus of control.
